History
JRB Attachments LLC.
Founded in 1983, JRB Company, headquartered in Akron, Ohio, is a leading manufacturer and marketer of high quality quick couplers and attachments for construction equipment. Its innovative products are utilized in the construction, utility, demolition, scrap handling, government, military and other markets that utilize hydraulic excavators, wheel loaders and tractor-loader backhoes. JRB expects continued growth and success as it pursues excellence in providing high quality, versatile products.

In August of 2004, JRB Company, Inc., was acquired by Paladin and renamed JRB Attachments LLC.

At C&P, we know that when you need a coupler or attachment, you need it right now. That is why we are dedicated to having the products you need most available for quick delivery. Whether your need calls for pin-on or quick hitch couplers, buckets, and other attachments for mini excavators, tractor loader backhoes, or hydraulic excavators we can assist. CustomWorks
With locations in Iowa, Tennessee and North Carolina, our CustomWorks division gives our dealers the ability to offer more specialized products than are available through the OEM and when finished, a "No-Problem" machine that is sent to your yard - thanks to our quality performance final check carried out on each machine.  In addition to saving money on freight, by shipping attachments with your machine, the custom shop also enables the dealers to sell more machines into specialty markets with job specific attachments and machines, knowing exact costs before quoting the customer.  CustomWorks can provide the parts you need either shipped directly to you or installed for you at our custom facility.

Commitment to Value-Added Design & Engineering 
Paladin Heavy Construction goes the extra mile to obtain OEM engineering and approval of the design and quality of each coupler and attachment it offers. This extra effort enables the company to provide the customer with proven products that are closely performance-matched to each OEM machine. This unique, value-added approach includes more testing and evaluation of couplers and attachments than any other supplier in the industry.

One of our primary goals during the design and engineering of each coupler and attachment is to increase the versatility and productivity of the base machine without compromising its performance. A thorough understanding of each base machine's limits and systems is required for quality coupler design, proper attachments and installation.

Several examples illustrate our design and engineering philosophy. First, JRB is the only coupler manufacturer that has obtained OEM engineering approval from CNH, Kawasaki, Kobelco, Komatsu America International and John Deere. All too often, attachment and coupler manufacturers approach OEM's with a job-shop, one-size-fits-all mentality.  We believe it is critical to work closely with our OEM's to optimize the design of the tool or coupler – including pin spacing and the hydraulic systems that make it all work – to maximize the performance of the base machine.
